Transcript: Charged with a crime in Torrance? Why You Should Retain Ernenwein:
If you’re being investigated for a crime or you’ve been charged with a crime whether it be a misdemeanor or felony, it may be you, but it may also be your wife or your husband or your son or daughter or loved one, it is extremely traumatizing and quite frankly it’s scary.
The police certainly are not on your side. The investigators are not on your side. The District Attorney’s Office, the prosecuting agency, is not on your side. The court system, the great bureaucracy of a judicial system, is seemingly incomprehensible and so what do you do, where do you turn?
I would ask that you consider coming in and talking to me. The reality is that at the end of the day, your lawyer, your advocate, is going to be your only true friend in the system. And so as you are deciding which direction you go, I’d like you to consider my background.
I am a former prosecutor for 3 years in the district attorney’s office. I’ve been in private practice for over three decades representing clients in misdemeanor and felony cases. I am board-certified in criminal law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. I’ve been an attorney and an advocate for my clients for well over three decades in this community.
I am a father and a husband. I’ve got five children. I’m vested in this community.
When you come into my office, understand that it’s going to be not only a free consultation but I’m going to very quietly and intently listen to what happened. I’m going to give you as much time as you need. We are going to review the facts of your case. I’m going to talk to you about the law as it applies to your case. I’m going to talk to you about strategies that we might employ to get to a successful result in your case.
And at the end of the day, if I am retained to be a lawyer, I’m going to join you arm in arm and we are going to walk together through this process which can be lengthy, to get to the best possible result.
I have committed my entire professional life to gaining the skill set necessary to be an excellent criminal defense lawyer. But more than that, the fact of the matter is that I am dedicated to doing the absolute best I can for my clients each and every day.
